Role Overview
Each site requires a designated Site Administrator to act as the primary liaison and manager. We suggest a maximum of two Admins per site to maintain clear communication. No technical background is necessary.
Administrative Access & Constraints
Admins hold the highest level of site access. While you have full control over content and page composition, global styles (fonts, colors, and component structure) are locked to the system theme to guarantee accessibility and brand consistency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Content Care: Updating text content, imagery, video, and PDF documents.
- Dynamic Content: Managing event calendars and web forms.
- Project Liaison: Serving as the lead contact for site redesigns or new feature requests.
