What is it:
Full bleed cards are a three-column image or video container that displays a full-length vertical image or video with a call to action at the bottom.
Elements
- Image or video: Takes up the entire space within the card. For video, use a Kaltura video id* slug from Kaltura, aka video.syr.edu.
- Gradient intensity field: allows a user to choose the intensity of the dark gradient over the image on the cards. The default is 75% (correlates to the 'None' or 'Default' choice), Lighter is 35%, and Darker is 95%.
- Call to action link: Links to more details about the topic
- Read time (optional): Provides the accurate length of time it will take to read the content it's linking to. Note: Only include read time for news or stories.

How do you use it?
- Include vertical, high-quality, relevant images or videos.
- Keep call to actions short and descriptive.
- Place in areas with enough horizontal space (avoid narrow columns).
